A practical balance between cost and quality, our gold-filled pieces have a thick layer of 14k gold, heat and pressure bonded to a high-quality brass core. They contain much more real gold than regular gold-plating.

Sterling Silver

Solid, precious metal that lasts forever. It darkens with time, but can be polished up. Oils from your skin help prevent silver tarnish... so wear it often!

Sizing Guide

Find a tool to use (string, dental floss, headphone cord, measuring tape if you have it).
Find the length by wrapping it around your neck and marking it (for pendants, imagine the jewelry lower, for suspended, it should be in line).
Check the length against a ruler or lay it out flat and measure with a phone app.

Alternatively: Measure an existing necklace end to end with a ruler (most accurate) or a phone app (great if you don't have a ruler handy).

Didn't absolutely love your jewelry? Send it back for a refund (minus an $8 shipping & handling fee) within 30 days of your delivery date. Your return will be processed 1-2 weeks after we receive your return.

Exchanges
Need a different size, want to change your personalization or prefer a totally different item? Send it back and we'll give you store credit (in a digital gift card) to use whenever — free up to 6 months, processed as soon as your return package is shipped.

Repairs
We offer free repairs for up to 6 months (for most items) or up to 3 years for solid gold, processed 1-2 weeks after we receive your piece(s). Pricing varies on older orders.

The options are almost endless. Choose an inscription (AKA an initial) or an illustration (AKA a symbol). There are three fonts and so many symbols to choose from! You can add up to five disks, too, so there’s infinite personalization potential.

It is! Choose a fixed 15-17”, 17-19” or 19-21” length, or choose a custom length up to 24”! We can also make this piece shorter, too, if you prefer something under 15”.

You can add up to five tags! Add five initial tags, five symbol tags or mix and match to tell a one-of-a-kind story.

This tiny disk only has room for 1-2 letters or a tiny symbol.

Our illustrated flowers fit best on our larger pendants (specifically our Lor Necklace or Vollmond Necklace).

Since it depends on which metal you chose, see our care tips blog and help center for detailed instructions on how to care for specific metals and gemstones. (Spoiler: all of our pieces require very minimal upkeep and occasional polishing, and can basically be worn 24/7 if you keep them away from harsh cleansers, chlorine and chemicals.)
