The solid gold look without the solid gold price. Our gold fill pieces feature a heavy layer of 14k gold that’s been heat- and pressure-bonded to a jeweler’s brass core. Similar to our gold plating, but with even more durability thanks to the bonding process.

  1. Find a tool to use (string, dental floss, headphone cord, measuring tape if you have it).
  2. Find the length by wrapping it around your neck and marking it (for pendants, imagine the jewelry lower, for suspended, it should be in line).
  3. Check the length against a ruler or lay it out flat and measure with a phone app.

Personalized items aren’t eligible for returns for refund, but can be exchanged for store credit within 90 days. Exchanges are free with package protection or $8 without.

We offer a six-month warranty on all gold fill, vermeil, and sterling silver jewelry.  On solid gold pieces, we offer a three-year warranty.

    Very dainty and quality but extremely tiny and the engraving is pretty faint. I also don't know why they didn't put the second charm on the necklace for me. This s was my first order here.

    Tangles very easily

    I’ve purchased two of these necklaces and this design is my favorite. However, it tangles very easily. I will close the clasp and put in a small jewelry bag to travel and it tangles every time. Sometimes I can get it out and sometimes I can’t. When I first purchased this necklace, it was $34 full price. It’s a lot more than that now for a necklace that tangles easily. My e-newton necklaces never seem to do that. I reached out to Customer service and they told me what I can do to help get the tangles out. My second necklace is not salvageable at this point.

How can I customize my Yue Necklace?

The options are almost endless. Choose an inscription (AKA an initial) or an illustration (AKA a symbol). There are three fonts and so many symbols to choose from! You can add up to five disks, too, so there’s infinite personalization potential. 

Does this custom necklace come in different lengths?

It is! Choose a fixed 15-17”, 17-19” or 19-21”  length, or choose a custom length up to 24”! We can also make this piece shorter, too, if you prefer something under 15”.

How many tags can I add to my Yue Necklace?

You can add up to five tags! Add five initial tags, five symbol tags or mix and match to tell a one-of-a-kind story.

Can I personalize this pendant with a name?

This tiny disk only has room for 1-2 letters or a tiny symbol.

Can I add a Flora design to this piece?

Our illustrated flowers fit best on our larger pendants (specifically our Lor Necklace or Vollmond Necklace).

How do I care for this piece of jewelry?

Since it depends on which metal you chose, see our care tips blog and help center for detailed instructions on how to care for specific metals and gemstones. (Spoiler: all of our pieces require very minimal upkeep and occasional polishing, and can basically be worn 24/7 if you keep them away from harsh cleansers, chlorine and chemicals.)
