All pieces will arrive in one gift-ready box with letterpress goodies, a care card, polishing cloth and handwritten note inside.

 

Please note: we use a combo of lab-grown and genuine gemstones in this piece; see product details for specifics. You can expect natural variances in color across pieces—no two gemstones are alike, and may not mirror the photos exactly. These earring posts are slightly thicker than our standard size and might fit a bit snug in your piercing.

More premium than traditional gold plating, vermeil is an extra thick layer of real gold over solid sterling silver. We use 14k or 18k gold depending on the piece.

Didn't absolutely love your jewelry? Send it back for a refund (minus an $8 shipping & handling fee) within 30 days of your delivery date. Your return will be processed 1-2 weeks after we receive your return.

Exchanges
Need a different size, want to change your personalization or prefer a totally different item? Send it back and we'll give you store credit (in a digital gift card) to use whenever — free up to 6 months, processed as soon as your return package is shipped.

Repairs
We offer free repairs for up to 6 months (for most items) or up to 3 years for solid gold, processed 1-2 weeks after we receive your piece(s). Pricing varies on older orders.

How should I look after my Aura two piece set?

Gold vermeil requires a little bit of care to keep it looking its best. Avoid harsh cleansers, chemicals, lotions, sunscreen and cleaning supplies while wearing this piece, and be sure to remove before swimming. Aside from that, polish the metal occasionally if it needs it!

How do I care for this piece of jewelry?

Since it depends on which metal you chose, see our care tips blog and help center for detailed instructions on how to care for specific metals and gemstones. (Spoiler: all of our pieces require very minimal upkeep and occasional polishing, and can basically be worn 24/7 if you keep them away from harsh cleansers, chlorine and chemicals.)
