  3. Mark the spot where the paper meets and measure the distance with a ruler (mm).

What can I add to this custom band ring?

You can personalize this ring with a name, a few initials, a meaningful word or a short date—whatever you want to hold close.

Can I personalize my band with over 12 characters?

It depends on the number of characters and ring size. Reach out to use at support@gldn.com and we'll see what will fit!

Can I personalize the inside of the ring?

Since this ring is quite dainty, the interior stamping will show on the outside of the ring (and affect the quality of the piece).

What if I want to use lowercase letters, a different font or accent marks?

This is the smallest band we make with hand-stamped personalization, and only our smallest uppercase font will fit on this piece. If you'd like more font options, lowercase letters or accent marks, we recommend the slightly larger Thames Band!

Can this be used as a dainty wedding band?

Absolutely, this is one of our favorite rings to wear as a wedding band! With a 2mm width, this band is perfect to wear alone or stacked with an engagement ring—just enough, but not too much. It can also be personalized with your initials, last name or wedding date to make it extra special.

How do I care for this piece of jewelry?

Since it depends on which metal you chose, see our care tips blog and help center for detailed instructions on how to care for specific metals and gemstones. (Spoiler: all of our pieces require very minimal upkeep and occasional polishing, and can basically be worn 24/7 if you keep them away from harsh cleansers, chlorine and chemicals.)

    A wonderful, sturdy but delicate band

    This band is beautiful. My wedding band is white gold, which I’ve moved away from in the last fifteen years. After hinting for a replacement for all of those 17 years and it never catching, I decided to purchase the Rhône band and inscribe it with something meaningful to me.
