Delicate, quality, and incredibly reasonably priced vs other relatilers who sell similar bands (often of lower quality materials) and offer customization. What I really appreciated most, though, was the communication. I'd accidentally entered "5.8" as my ring size instead of "5.75," and they reached out to me instantaneously to clarify if I wanted "5.75" or a "6."
