Sizing Guide

Find a tool to use (string, dental floss, headphone cord, measuring tape if you have it).
Find the length by wrapping it around your neck and marking it (for pendants, imagine the jewelry lower, for suspended, it should be in line).
Check the length against a ruler or lay it out flat and measure with a phone app.

Alternatively: Measure an existing necklace end to end with a ruler (most accurate) or a phone app (great if you don’t have a ruler handy).

Didn’t absolutely love your jewelry? Send it back for a refund (minus an $8 shipping & handling fee) within 30 days of your delivery date, processed 1-2 weeks after we receive your return.

Exchanges
Need a different size or want a totally different item? Send it back and we’ll give you store credit (in a digital gift card) to use whenever—free up to 6 months, processed as soon as your return package is shipped.

We’ll happily fix your pieces or update any personalization that wasn’t quite right—free up to 6 months for most items or 3 years for solid gold, processed 1-2 weeks after we receive your piece(s). Pricing varies on older orders.

Perfect dainty necklace
This dainty necklace was just what I was looking for in terms of size and length. I like its adjustability and the way it hangs. It doesn't rotate on my neck. Great for layering especially with a dainty gemstone necklace. The pale yellow gold-fill and cherry blossom floral stamp are lovely. I plan to give this as a gift for friends and family.

Such Great quality- but a long time to get to you
I will be giving the necklace to my co-worker tomorrow, and I’m confident she will love it.
I also asked my teenage sons to get me a necklace from you and they found the perfect one from you. I love it!
My only “complaint” was how long it took to arrive. Luckily I ordered within enough time, but when I recommend your company to others (which I will) I am going to advise them to order it 2-3 weeks ahead of when they want it.
