Didn’t absolutely love your jewelry? Send it back for a refund (minus an $8 shipping & handling fee) through January 31st for all holiday orders placed after Nov. 8. Your return will be processed 1-2 weeks after we receive your return.

Exchanges
Need a different size, want to change your personalization or prefer a totally different item? Send it back and we’ll give you store credit (in a digital gift card) to use whenever—free up to 6 months, processed as soon as your return package is shipped.

Repairs
We offer free repairs for up to 6 months (for most items) or up to 3 years for solid gold, processed 1-2 weeks after we receive your piece(s). Pricing varies on older orders.

Both are heirloom-quality solid gold options that’ll last a lifetime. 14k gold is the industry standard for solid gold: the most popular metal you’ll find! It has that classic yellow gold look and will never tarnish or fade. 10k solid gold is just as long-lasting, but it shines with a slightly softer, more buttery yellow shade due to less solid gold in the alloy. Solid gold is the easiest metal to care for, hands down. Feel free to wear it whenever, wherever (and even shower in it if you’d like)! Just keep away from chemicals and harsh cleansers as these can add a film to the metal. To polish, simply use the polishing cloth included with your order once per month to keep it looking its best and brightest.

Very pretty, delicate chain!
My grandmother gave me a necklace with a small gold pendant years ago, and I used to wear it every day. The chain broke last year, and I'd been looking for a replacement. This one is perfect and small enough to fit through the pendant's small hole. I hope to keep wearing it for years to come!

Beautiful chain - dainty yet strong
