Honestly cannot sing enough praise for the wonderful people at GLDN! We ordered two rings and they're so gorgeous. The olive branch detailing is the perfect blend of subtlety and sophistication and it really elevates what is already just a really well made and beautiful band. (so hard to photograph though! I promise it looks way better than my photos!)
Unfortunately, we mismeasured our ring sizes and since I live internationally, we weren't sure if an exchange could work in time for the wedding as it was a rush order in the first place. I contacted GLDN and they let us know that they couldn't guarantee that the ring would make it on time with an exchange (and explained why! I really appreciate the transparency) but offered us a few other options. In the end, I ordered another ring and we'll do a return on the biggest one when it arrives.
So satisfied with the service, from the beautiful rings, to the little touches in the packaging, to the way that every time I contacted GLDN or they contacted me, they already had more than one solution for me to choose from. I really appreciated how in every interaction, they really wanted to make sure that we received something we loved. Small businesses are the best and I will absolutely be ordering from them again.
