While 14k gold fill and sterling silver aren’t water-resistant, we do consider them waterproof in that they can be worn in clean, chemical-free water (like your daily shower) as long as you dry them properly after. Be sure to stay away from any harsh cleansers, though, as this can cause tarnish.
