The bracelet itself is very nice. Mine came with a defect which is a couple of links not attached properly but I reached out to customer service and got a response extremely fast. Rachel helped facilitate with a replacement immediately and provided a return shipping label so I can mail it back. Even though the bracelet came defective, the customer serivce experience was so great and I would definitely be a returning customer!

I was a little confused why there were only a few reviews on this piece and why it had a low average. This bracelet stood out to me because it is so simple and cute but also beautiful and sparkly. I think it is the perfect everyday piece to add just a little touch to your wrist. I kept coming back to it and I had to see it for myself. I am so glad I trusted my gut because it is perfect. I love that I can wear it all the time and it doesn’t bother me at all. I also decided to splurge on solid gold because I want it to last forever without worry. I thought it was worth the price and didn’t feel too expensive at all! I wish I could capture its beauty better in a photo!
