Sizing Guide

Find a tool to use (string, dental floss, headphone cord, measuring tape if you have it).
Find the length by wrapping it around your neck and marking it (for pendants, imagine the jewelry lower, for suspended, it should be in line).
Check the length against a ruler or lay it out flat and measure with a phone app.

Alternatively: Measure an existing necklace end to end with a ruler (most accurate) or a phone app (great if you don’t have a ruler handy).

Didn’t absolutely love your jewelry? Send it back for a refund (minus an $8 shipping & handling fee) within 30 days of your delivery date. Your return will be processed 1-2 weeks after we receive your return.

Exchanges
Need a different size, want to change your personalization or prefer a totally different item? Send it back and we’ll give you store credit (in a digital gift card) to use whenever—free up to 6 months, processed as soon as your return package is shipped.

Repairs
We offer free repairs for up to 6 months (for most items) or up to 3 years for solid gold, processed 1-2 weeks after we receive your piece(s). Pricing varies on older orders.

10k solid gold is the jewelry world's best-kept secret. It's even more durable and scratch-resistant than 14k solid gold...while also being more affordable! It's also waterproof, sweat-proof and made for 24/7 wear, just like 14k solid gold, and looks nearly indistinguishable than 14k in color and shine.

It really depends on how you’d like it to fall on your neckline. We recommend the 15-17” if you’d like it to drape along your collarbone, and a 17-19” if you’d prefer something a tad longer (or want to layer this piece with other necklaces!). We offer custom lengths, too, if you prefer something longer (up to 24").

This piece isn't compatible with our classic 2" necklace extender.

This means we've run out of raw materials to make this piece and only have our premade chains available (we often make them ahead of time in bulk)!
