Find a tool to use (string, dental floss, headphone cord, measuring tape if you have it).
Find the length by wrapping it around your wrist and marking it.
Check the length against a ruler or lay it out flat and measure with a phone app.

Alternatively: Measure an existing bracelet end to end with a ruler (most accurate) or a phone app (great if you don’t have a ruler handy).

Didn’t absolutely love your jewelry? Send it back for a refund (minus an $8 shipping & handling fee) within 30 days of your delivery date. Your return will be processed 1-2 weeks after we receive your return.

Exchanges
Need a different size, want to change your personalization or prefer a totally different item? Send it back and we’ll give you store credit (in a digital gift card) to use whenever—free up to 6 months, processed as soon as your return package is shipped.

Repairs
We offer free repairs for up to 6 months (for most items) or up to 3 years for solid gold, processed 1-2 weeks after we receive your piece(s). Pricing varies on older orders.

10k solid gold is an heirloom-quality, long-lasting metal that shines with a slightly softer, more buttery yellow shade than 14k solid gold. This is because it contains less solid gold in its alloy (which also makes it slightly more affordable)! For more info about 10k gold, see our journal.
