These Moody Labradorite studs are a really nice everyday wear kinda pair of earrings. In the box they look mostly clear, slightly iridescent, with little dark specs. But once I put them on, they turned into a very pretty shade of light blue with the slightest of slight hints of gray. Really understated yet elegant. They kinda looked like aquamarines. These earrings would pair nicely with a casual look or could be worn with a more formal outfit.

I ordered the 'moody labradorite' as a birthday gift. the pictures on the website all show significant and interesting color. CAVEAT EMPTOR. the disclaimer tells it all: "no two labradorites are exactly alike and colors may vary, though we’ll do our best to use two stones that look as similar as possible."
Well, I might as well have ordered the white sapphire because the stones have ZERO color and ZERO character. Making matters worse, I paid for expedited shipping well within the time frame and they came 1 week after the birthday. I have had positive experiences with GLDN before but I cannot imagine having a worse one and also cannot imagine ordering again. Buyer Beware!
