I got this in size 5 sterling silver and it's been true to size so far. It's held up amazingly over the past 6 months. I clean it about once monthly with lightly soapy water and a soft toothbrush and am happy with how it has aged so far, if at all. The marquise stone is really beautiful, and I love the contrast of the soft, hazy color of the spinel against the sharp sparkle of the pink stones. This was my first GLDN product and now I'm a repeat customer!
