- Find a tool to use (string, dental floss, headphone cord, measuring tape if you have it).

I had a problem opening the clasp of my first necklace and was frustrated by how small it was and hard for my arthritic fingers. I retuned my necklace and they fixed it by giving me a bigger lobster claw clasp and heavier weight chain. I am so happy with my new necklace.
