Sizing Guide
  1. Find a tool to use (string, dental floss, headphone cord, measuring tape if you have it).
  2. Find the length by wrapping it around your neck and marking it (for pendants, imagine the jewelry lower, for suspended, it should be in line).
  3. Check the length against a ruler or lay it out flat and measure with a phone app.

Alternatively: Measure an existing necklace end to end with a ruler (most accurate) or a phone app (great if you don’t have a ruler handy).

Didn’t absolutely love your jewelry? Send it back for a refund (minus an $8 shipping & handling fee) within 30 days of your delivery date. Your return will be processed 1-2 weeks after we receive your return.

Exchanges
Need a different size, want to change your personalization or prefer a totally different item? Send it back and we’ll give you store credit (in a digital gift card) to use whenever—free up to 6 months, processed as soon as your return package is shipped.

Repairs
We offer free repairs for up to 6 months (for most items) or up to 3 years for solid gold, processed 1-2 weeks after we receive your piece(s). Pricing varies on older orders.

    Another GLDN Piece I Absolutely Love

    I had my eye on this cross charm for a while, but it seemed to be on backorder every time I checked. I was so excited when I was finally able to place my order, and it was absolutely worth the wait! It’s such a sweet, delicate necklace. I bought matching ones for my 6-year-old daughter and myself, which makes it even more special.

    I love all of GLDN’s jewelry—it’s beautifully made and perfectly dainty. I have several pieces from them and truly love every one. My daughter and I also both have very sensitive skin and tend to react to most jewelry, but GLDN is something we can always wear comfortably without any irritation. Highly recommend!
