I NEVER review- but this has to be said. Not only is my bracelet beautiful and exactly what I was looking for, it was also much more affordable than other companies I had researched. The quality is very nice, and the clasp was surprisingly easy to put on myself.
Beyond that- the care that customer service gave me was unbelievable. Not only were they extremely quick to respond, but when I explained this bracelet was in memory of my 17 year old nephew who has just passed away in January- they showed nothing but compassion and care above and beyond.
I will absolutely purchase from this company again!!!
