A practical balance between cost and quality, our gold-filled pieces have a thick layer of 14k gold, heat and pressure bonded to a high-quality brass core. They contain much more real gold than regular gold-plating.

Sizing Guide
  1. Find a tool to use (string, dental floss, headphone cord, measuring tape if you have it).
  2. Find the length by wrapping it around your neck and marking it (for pendants, imagine the jewelry lower, for suspended, it should be in line).
  3. Check the length against a ruler or lay it out flat and measure with a phone app.

Alternatively: Measure an existing necklace end to end with a ruler (most accurate) or a phone app (great if you don’t have a ruler handy).

Return Policies

Returns
Didn’t absolutely love your jewelry? Send it back for a refund (minus an $8 shipping & handling fee) within 30 days of your delivery date. Your return will be processed 1-2 weeks after we receive your return.

Exchanges
Need a different size, want to change your personalization or prefer a totally different item? Send it back and we’ll give you store credit (in a digital gift card) to use whenever—free up to 6 months, processed as soon as your return package is shipped.

Repairs
We offer free repairs for up to 6 months (for most items) or up to 3 years for solid gold, processed 1-2 weeks after we receive your piece(s). Pricing varies on older orders.

    Beautiful & high quality

    I love this necklace. The quality is so nice; I never take it off and it has not tarnished at all. I previously purchased the Serra necklace, which has a little bit of a thicker nameplate. Unfortunately, I accidentally broke the chain on that one. I didn't know that GLDN offered repairs so I went ahead and ordered a new one anyway. I am really happy with the size of the Getty version, its so subtle and dainty so it actually pairs better with all of my outfits, whether I am going casual or dressed up. I would recommend GLDN to anyone looking for high quality pieces without the high price tag.
