Each baroque pearl pendant is a one-of-a-kind treasure crafted by nature, with graceful contours and a soft iridescent glow—meaning no one else will have a piece quite like yours! We even designed it for easy chain swapping and add-on tags, so your necklace can take new shape over time.

As with any pearl piece, we recommend keeping away from harsh cleansers and beauty products, wearing them often, storing them in linen or cloth (no airtight containers) and gently wiping to clean so they'll stay lustrous forever. For more pearl care tips, check out our journal!

Note: due to the organic nature of this piece, sizes and shapes will vary — but most of our pearls fall within 12-14mm x 15-17mm.

A practical balance between cost and quality, our gold-filled pieces have a thick layer of 14k gold, heat and pressure bonded to a high-quality brass core. They contain much more real gold than regular gold-plating.

Solid, precious metal that lasts forever. It darkens with time, but can be polished up. Oils from your skin help prevent silver tarnish... so wear it often!

Need a different size, want to change your personalization or prefer a totally different item? Send it back and we'll give you store credit (in a digital gift card) to use whenever — free up to 6 months, processed as soon as your return package is shipped.

We offer free repairs for up to 6 months (for most items) or up to 3 years for solid gold, processed 1-2 weeks after we receive your piece(s). Pricing varies on older orders.

What are baroque pearl necklaces?

A baroque pearl is a pearl that has an irregular shape (versus being perfectly round, like most pearls). This means that every baroque pearl is completely different, and no one will have a pearl exactly like yours! Baroque pearls also have more texture than round pearls, which adds to their luster. 

Which chain should I choose for my baroque pendant?

We love both chains for different reasons! Box chains are classic, simple and ultra-shiny—definitely the best choice if you prefer minimal jewelry. The figaro chain is another classic, but with a slightly more masculine, vintage feel. We love the way the figaro chain contrasts with the soft, romantic pearl! 

Can a baroque pearl chain necklace be worn daily?

Yes! In fact, pearls love to be worn—simply wearing your pearls every day is one of the easiest ways to keep them shiny and looking their best. The natural oils in your skin effortlessly polish pearls and prevent them from drying out! We just recommend that you remove your pearls before showering, applying perfume and cleaning (basically anything that would cause your pearls to contact any harsh chemicals).

(Spoiler: all of our pieces require very minimal upkeep and occasional polishing, and can basically be worn 24/7 if you keep them away from harsh cleansers, chlorine and chemicals.)
