Returns
Didn't absolutely love your jewelry? Send it back to us for a refund.
To prepare your return for shipping, box up your jewelry securely (in the original packaging, if possible), place inside your mailer and attach your return shipping label to the front. Once we receive your return shipment and everything looks A-OK, we'll refund your original payment method (excluding any delivery charges) within 1-2 weeks.
Please note: we're a small team and keep a close eye on returns (fraudulent orders have been popping off and it really sets us back). 💔 On $300+ returns we've confirmed to be fraudulent, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to your original payment method—never on legit orders, and we'll always check in before we do this.
