Solid, precious metal that lasts forever. It darkens with time, but can be polished up. Oils from your skin help prevent silver tarnish... so wear it often!

14k Solid Gold

A low maintenance, fine jewelry favorite that will last forever. It’s pure gold mixed with other alloys to make it more durable & give it a beautiful hue.

Vermeil (ver - may)

Ease of care: 5/5

More premium than traditional gold plating, vermeil is an extra thick layer of real gold over solid sterling silver. We use 14k or 18k gold depending on the piece.

Didn’t absolutely love your jewelry? Send it back for a refund (minus an $8 shipping & handling fee) within 30 days of your delivery date, processed 1-2 weeks after we receive your return.

Exchanges
Need a different size or want a totally different item? Send it back and we’ll give you store credit (in a digital gift card) to use whenever—free up to 6 months, processed as soon as your return package is shipped.

Repairs & Remakes
We’ll happily fix your pieces or update any personalization that wasn’t quite right—free up to 6 months for most items or 3 years for solid gold, processed 1-2 weeks after we receive your piece(s). Pricing varies on older orders.

For 14k solid gold letter pendants, feel free to wear whenever, wherever, as this heirloom-quality metal will never tarnish or fade. For 14k gold fill and sterling silver letter pendants, we recommend storing your piece in an airtight container, polishing once per month to remove any tarnish and keeping your piece away from harsh cleansers and chlorine.
