Personalized items aren’t eligible for returns for refund, but can be exchanged for store credit within 90 days. Exchanges are free with package protection or $8 without.

    Love it!

    Whatever size you think this will be, it will be smaller. Regardless, I love it so much. I got this to honor my soul dog who passed and I love how dainty it is - I can wear it with everything! The chain tends to pull down in the back, so the heart sits higher up on my neck like a choker throughout the day (which I ordered a longer chain since I hate things on my neck), but it actually doesn't bother me much.
