- Find a tool to use (string, dental floss, headphone cord, measuring tape if you have it).
- Find the length by wrapping it around your neck and marking it (for pendants, imagine the jewelry lower, for suspended, it should be in line).

Absolutely a beautiful piece of jewelry that my fiancée loves. It looks and feels like quality work, and is a subtle yet great accent piece with every outfit. With all of this, she was really saddened when the chain broke when a puppy she was playing with caught its paw and yanked on it. We contacted GLDN and they promptly responded and told us that they could replace the necklace and pendant free of charge since it was still under warranty. Really thankful for their helpfulness, promptness, and professionalism. I recommend them to everyone.
