This piece features a spring clasp: a small, secure clasp that still looks subtle while wearing! Our extenders are 2" long, and the links are ever-so-slightly larger than the chain links to accommodate the clasp.

The key to layering necklace chains is texture and contrast. Since you’re starting with a dainty cable chain, we recommend adding on a chunkier, shorter chain for contrast, or choosing another delicate chain with a different texture. Don’t forget to vary the lengths, too! In general, keep your bolder chains at a shorter length with your daintier necklaces at a longer length—we find this looks more harmonious and balanced.
