- Find a tool to use (string, dental floss, headphone cord, measuring tape if you have it).
- Find the length by wrapping it around your neck and marking it (for pendants, imagine the jewelry lower, for suspended, it should be in line).

The heart itself is beautiful. The shade of gold is a bit more on the brassy side. It’s a different color than the picture shown in the website. I’m disappointed that the bail is so small and none of the three charms I purchased fit on the necklace I purchased with this order specifically for the charms to go on. Very confusing because they are advertised to fit on all of your necklaces. Unfortunately, I can’t fit these charms on ANY of the necklaces I already own, either. I’m not even sure what to do with them now. I can’t wear them on anything. ☹️
