14k Gold Filled
14k Gold Filled
Ease of care: 4/5

The solid gold look without the solid gold price. Our gold fill pieces feature a heavy layer of 14k gold that’s been heat- and pressure-bonded to a jeweler’s brass core. Similar to our gold plating, but with even more durability thanks to the bonding process.

Sterling Silver
Sterling Silver
Ease of care: 4/5

Solid, precious metal that lasts forever. It darkens with time, but can be polished up. Oils from your skin help prevent silver tarnish... so wear it often!

14k Solid Gold
14k Solid Gold
Ease of care: 5/5

A low maintenance, fine jewelry favorite that will last forever. It's pure gold mixed with other alloys to make it more durable & give it a beautiful hue.

Want even more details about materials? Check this out.

  1. Find a tool to use (string, dental floss, headphone cord, measuring tape if you have it).
  2. Find the length by wrapping it around your neck and marking it (for pendants, imagine the jewelry lower, for suspended, it should be in line).
  3. Check the length against a ruler or lay it out flat and measure with a phone app.

Alternatively: Measure an existing necklace end to end with a ruler (most accurate) or a phone app (great if you don't have a ruler handy).

    NOT HIGH QUALITY

This was my first purchse so when the package arrived I was very excited to open the, but unfortunately was very disappointed in the quality of the necklace. The chain is very light weight and what I would consider as a throwaway chain. The pendant was a step up from the chain, but is still a thin piece low quality item.

FAQS

All you need to know about the Personalized Marama Necklace.

Find answers to our most-asked questions here, from care tips to jewelry options and more.

What are the options for personalizing the Personalized Marama Necklace?

You can personalize the Personalized Marama Necklace with a custom inscription or choose from 70+ illustrative stamps.

Is creating a name disk necklace the only personalization option?

Not at all! Along with names, this disk pendant can also be personalized with symbols, initials or dates, and comes in two finishes: high-polish smooth and hand-hammered.

Can I add more than one disk to this personalized necklace?

You can! Along with your main personalized disk, you can add a smaller disk (in a 6mm, 9mm or 13mm size) or a heart tag.

How do I style multiple personalized disk necklaces?

The key to layering pendant necklaces is choosing different lengths and sizes. Our tip: start with a bold pendant necklace (like this one!) in a longer length, then add a shorter-length necklace with a smaller pendant. It’s also fun to mix chain textures for added interest.
