- Find a tool to use (string, dental floss, headphone cord, measuring tape if you have it).

The first day I received my pocket it was absolutely stunning and came in the most beautiful packaging. It is obvious lots of care goes into these pieces. I was very surprised when the next day I opened and closed the locket, and the two heart faces were misaligned. Something must have happened to the hinge, because it now closes slightly crooked. It is not enough of an issue to warrant a return, but definitely a bummer. Otherwise I had a great experience with the company.

The Micro Heart Locket is so tiny, it doesn't have a clasp on the outside, and it's designed intentionally with the back half of the heart slightly larger which allows you to open it up. However if the hinge has become damaged, we want to fix this for you! Our Care Team will email you with more details about our warranty.
