Accurate!
Like the title says, I found this to be accurate! I got it to measure my finger size for the My Garden Meuse Band as I wanted to be sure about the sizing especially since it was the custom one. I followed the instructions for the My Garden Meuse Band by measuring and going up a half size to account for the thickness of the band and can say I picked the right size after using the ring sizer!
